It is an elastomeric resin-based pulvarized insulation material that provides 100% waterproofing on exterior facades of buildings and sloping roof panels, in the form of tixotropic liquid, highly resistant to different climatic conditions when dry, forming a film layer covering capillary cracks.
AREAS OF USE
It is used for vertical surface waterproofing and decorative purposes on building exteriors
Concrete
Plaster
Brick
Old and new building facades
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation:
On Building Exterior Facades; Before application, surfaces should be cleaned from dirt, dust, old paint and free particles by mechanical methods.
Sloped Concrete, Metal Roofs; If there is mold and moss on the surfaces, it should be eliminated with fungicidal materials.
Product Preparation and Application:
On building facades; Deep cracks should be filled with ISOWEIR LSK additive cement plasters in a way to ensure optical unity.
Apply ISOWEIR FIXATOR as a single coat on all surfaces. (The surface should be moistened at high temperatures.) On Sloped Concrete, Metal Roofs; If there is mold and moss on the surfaces, it should be eliminated with fungicidal materials.
ISOWEIR FIXATOR should be applied completely to the surface.
Finish the process by applying ISOWEIR ELASTOCAP PULVARIZE in two coats.
The product should be mixed before application and should be used after waiting for drying time between coats without thinning.
