İZORAD

ISOWEIR IZORAD is an elastomeric resin-based structural flexible coating material that provides radiant heat insulation and 100% waterproofing on the exterior facades of buildings.

AREAS OF USE

  • It provides waterproofing on wooden and concrete surfaces
  • To reduce cooling costs in places exposed to sunlight throughout the year, and on vertical surfaces (walls).

APPLICATION

Surface Preparation:

  • The application surfaces should be cleaned from water, dust, oil, loose, blistered tissue, old painted surfaces, etc.
  • It must be clean, dry, free of dust and oil.
  • In new structures;
  • The building should be primed with Isoweir Fixator on the basis of 0.100-0.250 gr per m2 without leaving any gaps and after waiting for at least 2 hours, Isoweir Izorad should be applied in two coats.
  • In old structures;
  • If there is mold and moss on the surfaces, it should be eliminated with fungicidal materials.
  • ISOWEIR FIXATOR should be applied completely to the surface.
  • Cracks should be filled with ISOWEIR ELASTIC INSULATION or ARMOZ PUTTY.
  • ISOWEIR FIXATOR should be applied over the filling.
  • Isoweir Isorad should be applied in two coats.

Product Preparation and Application:

  • The product is ready to use, no thinning is required.
  • It must be mixed before use.
  • Apply ISOWEIR IZORAD in two coats on the primed surface.
  • A waiting period of 2 hours is required between coats during application.

Points to be Considered:

  • Eyes should be protected during the application.
  • It is recommended to wear gloves.
  • In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and soap.
  • In case of contact with eyes, consult a doctor.

FEATURES, ADVANTAGES:

  • Due to the glass bubbles and special chemicals in its content, it prevents the conversion of light into heat energy and creates shade temperature in buildings. It is highly resistant to different climatic conditions, covers capillary cracks and has decorative appearance features.
  • Non-ignitable, self-extinguishing when exposed to a hot flame without spreading the flame.
  • Thanks to this feature, it meets the definition of “fire retardant coatings”.
