Double component reaction drying topcoat paint. It is recommended to be applied after primer application on wood, dusting surfaces. It is successfully used in corrosive environments due to its high adhesion ability and high resistance to external factors. After use, it is clarified with glass beads.
AREAS OF USE
It is used safely in industrial plants,
constructions such as ports, bridges, dams,
hemical plants, pipelines,
acid, alkali and solvent tanks.
It also gives very good results on concrete surfaces.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation:
Concrete surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned, dust and loose particles should be removed with a rotating steel or vacuum cleaner.
The scraped surface should be cleaned with dry air.
It is recommended to be applied after primer application on wood, dusting surfaces.
Product Preparation and Application:
The mixing ratio should be 10 kg of Component A and 3 kg of Component B by weight.
The mixing ratio should be 20 kg of Component A and 6 kg of Component B by weight.
Component A should be mixed with a low speed mixer until homogenized.
Component B should then be added to component A and the mixture should be mixed at about 100 rpm for at least 2 minutes.
As the amount of contents you are mixing increases, you may need to increase your mixing time or mixing speed.
As soon as you start mixing, there will be a cloudy appearance in the system at first, and as the mixing continues, it will start to become transparent again.
After opening the package, ISOWEIR U-POX ROAD MARKING is homogenized by mixing thoroughly, preferably with a drill motor, and mixed with the second component in the specified ratio.
After the application, glass beads are sprinkled on the surface within 5 minutes
to refract the light and make the lines clearer.
The environment should be very well ventilated during indoor applications, and tools and processes related to electricity and flame should not be in the same environment due to the solvents contained in the primer.
Points to be Considered:
Eyes should be protected during the application.
It is recommended to wear gloves.
