ISOWEIR ZEEPAS - SC is an epoxy-based, solvent-free, two-component stone carpet flooring resin with low viscosity and high solids content. It is resistant to physical and chemical impacts and offers excellent UV resistance, making it suitable for durable and long-lasting flooring applications.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces must be mechanically cleaned of dirt, dust, old paint, and loose particles before application.
Concrete surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned, and dust and loose particles must be removed using a rotary steel brush or vacuum cleaner. Cracks and blowholes must be filled.
If the concrete is new, it must be fully cured (minimum approximately 21 days), and the moisture content of the concrete must not exceed 4%.
Cleaned surfaces should be prepared by suitable mechanical abrasion methods such as sandblasting or grinding to obtain a rough surface profile.
Any dust generated after mechanical preparation must be completely removed from the surface using industrial vacuum cleaners.
Product Preparation and Application:
Do not apply on wet, high-humidity, or frozen surfaces.
The mixing ratio by weight must be A COMPONENT 100% and B COMPONENT 50%.
Component A must be mixed with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Then, Component B should be added to Component A and mixed for at least 2 minutes at approximately 100 rpm.
As the amount of material being mixed increases, it may be necessary to increase the mixing time or mixing speed.
When mixing begins, the mixture will initially become cloudy and will gradually return to a transparent appearance as mixing continues.
After the first mixing stage is completed, natural mineral granules (stones) should be added (recommended aggregates must be used), and mixing should continue until all stones are completely coated with Zeepas – SC.
The prepared mixture can then be poured onto the application area to complete the process.
To minimize air entrainment (bubble formation), do not mix for excessive periods or at high speeds.
Do not apply on wet, high-humidity, or frozen substrates.
